Is it possible to get stock lockscreen?

Currently bouncing between BB and MIUI, trying to settle on something. I'm thinking about throwing UD in the mix, with the Gingerbread theme. Is it possible to make the lockscreen look closer to stock without all the fluff?

Also, this is a minor thing, but is it possible to change the defualt icon for contacts without pictures back to the android icon? For some reason I like it better that way.
