Tried searching but got 20 pages of nonsense.

I saw dropbox and seems like a good way to get files onto my android tablet and phone.

Anyone ever use it? I will be moving movies, shows books etc.. from pc to tablet/phone only.

Im wondering how if it is slow or not, like would it take an hour to move a 100mb videofile onto my phone?

If anyone can offer any info on this or a better alternative, please do.

Yes it's worth using..

One place to keep files that you can access with any computer.

Definitely. Especially if you can no longer connect your phone to your PC because of a blown out charging port. Great way to transfer files back and forth.

Drop Box: Move the file into your dropbox on the PC and it is transferred to the cloud You get 2gb free storage. On your phone you can open dropbox and request it be downloaded to the dropbox folder on your SD card.

I saw that security thing you linked to, but I am not putting anything I care about onto dropbox so if someone sees it I dont care.

Tried out dropbox last night and it worked well for small files, like an mp3 or a e--book. It gets slow when you put a larger file on it.
Tried a 175 mb file and took 30 minutes plus to upload.
