i went into pay my bill and i ask about the invisible shield and they said it voids your warranty cause "it messes with your touch screen and your phone"


i dont understand that at all are the people at verizon dumb or does it actually void the warranty if so how??

I think because you have to use soap and water to install it.

Even if it does void your warranty, all you'd have to do if you wanted to send it in was take it off. They'd have no way of knowing it was ever on there.
