Forgive me if this has already been posted, but i thought i would put this out there. i currently have the samsung fascinate, and have had nothing but problems, missed calls, missed text, horrible gps and countless other issues. Well yesterday was the final straw. My son tried calling me several times and my phone did not only ring on my end it didnt even show on my call log as missed calls. Long story short, i took the phone into verizon and they informed me that it was due to a software issue, and that they were offering several phones as an even trade. No out of pocket expense, or any contract extentions. They were offering three phones as a warranty replacement. samsung charge, motorola x2 and one other phone.
