Just finished downloading and installing. Went smoothly. Just as it was starting to download, I was eating a bowl of delicious home made ice cream...must have been a sign.

Same here :-( Santa didn't want me to get ICS I guess. I didn't even get the Notification the other day saying "You will be upgraded within the week!" :/
