Just saw screenshot of ics update coming to a few phones on Verizon on April 4th anyone else heard this or can confirm it

Does anyone know how the process of sending updates works? How is it determined who/where gets it first?

If you go to droidrazr.com you can download matts utility 1.7 and install the official ota ics update... i just did it and i love it! He makes it failproof.
