I think I made a boo boo... need some help!

I rooted my phone and deleted an app that I thought I had originally downloaded.. 2 yahoo files which I no longer use as my email, and now my contacts force close.

I know NOW that there is a link between yahoo or yahoo authenticator and the contacts file.. What do I do now? I'm such a retard, I meant to freeze them but well... that didn't happen.

I have noticed too that on some websites my browser will force close too, only occasionally. I wiped the cache but it seems to do it more commonly on this site. Not running the app, just using the browser. Thought maybe there is a coincidence or the website has a lot going on that makes the phone freak out...?

Help out a noob.
