I share my 3g connection with other Android devices but can't navigate

Hi everyone, i have this issue and hope any one can help me.

I'm trying to connect other devices over WiFi using my 3g connection with no luck. App say connection is established and everything looks ok, but when i try to navigate nothing happens. The browser just keeps thinking.

I've tried connection with a defy and my new nexus 7 and both devices don't connect.

Time ago i was able to connect devices, that was before i flashed to maverick rom. Is it possible that it could be the reason? I hope you can help me.

Have you tried using this app? Your change in ROM might be the problem.
