Friend gave me his boot loop stuck M7 after a failed carrier update. We brought it into his carriers store but they said they would charge to fix it (even though it was their fault).
It infinitely boots, sometimes has a optimizing apps screen but never advances from that, have booted into recovery mode but can't do anything since bootloader is locked.
So my device is soft-bricked and bootloader locked, how can I fix this.
