how to ebay a droid x

I am looking to ebay my verizon droid x and am wondering if there is anything special I need to do before doing so.

- ported number off
- terminated contract
- will reset phone

My understanding is the Droid X has no sim card so do I need to remove anything like that? Just don't want to find out a few months from now that I am still responsible for the phone and some guy hasn't been paying his bill. Thanks for any help.
