How to do two way video chat?

Now that I've got a front facing camera on the Rez, how do you do a two way video chat? I read the whole manual and there's no reference to "how to". Does it have to be with another HTC phone? Any phone with front facing camera? Software needed?

You and the other person need to use the same app.

Tango is popular and very universal. Same with Skype.

Tango works Android to Android and Android to Iphone

I believe Google Talk also allows you to do Video chat with other that have Google Talk or Google Chat on a computer.
