How to disable apps?

How do you disbale apps in ics

Go to settings --- Apps ---> along the top, scroll to "All Apps" ----> click on the stock app you want to disable and if it is safe to disable or uninstall then it will have a button to make either happen. Some of the stock apps might have an uninstall button which will uninstall any of the app's updates and after that it will give you the option to disable.
