Why does using Outlook on my Droid for PIN?

I really REALLY dislike this..


How do I stop it?

Pattern and No lock are greyed out "disbaled by the administrator" .. except im the phone administrator and I sure as hell didnt do that.

How do i fix this? Deleteing the ActiveSync(Outlook Email account) makes it stop but I need my work mail

others here have told me that it is a server thing.

i'm not a huge fan either, but set the lock timer to 15 minutes and that has helped a bit
