How to delete velocity 0.3?

I've been trying to delete velocity 0.3 off my phone and go back to stock 2.1 so I can update to 2.2 for my lg ally can anyone help me? Thanks.

If you used rom manager and made a backup then its as easy as "re-flashing" the backup you've made. I'm not really sure if that makes sence or not. If not let me know. If u haven't made a backup then you would need to flash an update.zip and do a bunch of other things which I don't know much about so can't help on that one. Sorry. Hope this helps a little
