How to delete Twitter and youtube...etc

I have program icons I don't to see or have use up my storage space. Is there a way to uninstall them? I tried a couple of apps but they doen't show up to be able to be deleted or uninstalled.

Open settings, tap applications, tap manage applications. This will display your apps. If you want to uninstall a particular app tap it and new screen will open look for the uninstall.

I'm not sure that you can uninstall Youtube this way. I believe you need to delete the apk and that is above my level expertise.

I tried all of that too and I can't get it to delete or off my phone. grrr.

You'll have to root to remove those apps. This will violate your warranty. If you wish to do so, you'll need to do a lot of research. Please visit the hacking help sections and read as many of the stickies as you can.
