How to delete new App?

I just got my Droid back from repair and now when I use it, an ad runs across the bottom of the screen called Google Lead or double click...and I cannot seem to remove it like most other apps using the Application manager....matter of fact, I cannot even find those offending software on the handset...how did it get here and how can I get rid of it?
