how to delete aol email from server using phone

I have an aol email account and when I read my email on my phone and delete it, it stays on my computer. Is there a way to delete an email on the phone and also on the server? I get so tired of deleting it on the phone and then going on the computer and having to do it again. I tried to research this but couldn't find an answer.
