How do I transfer files to my droid from my PC?

I have a memory card that I want to add songs pics and such. I plugged the droid to my pc and it sees it, but I cant access it with file manager. Any suggestions or tricks? Thanks.

if your droid is mounted, just drag and drop. don't use any file manager on the droid, do it from the pc

How do I mount it? I just plugged the supplied cable (part of the charger) into the pc's usb plug

You need to swipe the notification bar, click on usb storage, and then choose mount when it asks you.
