How do I stop "connect to WiFi?" pop-up?

Every time I'm anywhere there is WiFi, and I open an app, I get a pop up (actually takes up whole screen, black with green writing I think) that lists nearby WiFi connections. It asks me which I would like to connect to. The only option, other than choosing one of the routers, is the "no thanks remind me later " button at the bottom. I don't want this screen popping up Everytime I go anywhere there is WiFi available (pretty much everywhere). How do I stop this? Thanks!

Settings > Wi-Fi Settings > Un-check Notify Me
