How do I get my g-nex to look like this?

Does anyone know how I can get my g-nex to look like this. Particularly, which widget is being used, and how I can get my dock to look like that. I really like the status icons on the top right hand side, as well.

That looks like Simi Clock Widget (on the market). And the dock looks like Nova Launcher with text icons.

Anyway, it does look like Business Series but I could not find download links for it. Or which ROMs it is available for.
