Ok I am looking for a "cloud" type program so I can link my Bionic, ASUS Transformer and HP laptop to eachother. Any ideas?

Link them together for what purpose? Some can be done over bluetooth, other over DLNA.

If they are all using wifi, you could try Airdroid from the market.
