Trying to root motorola droid x2 with gingerbreak... Says its rooting and running exploit but never reboots.. Any suggestions or how to manually root???

The gingerbreak exploit only works with android 2.2 on the DX2, I'm assuming you are trying to root a device running 2.3. To get root, you will need to SBF and flash the pre-rooted GB update.
