Help--Liberty 2.0 Froyo change notification font color

Hey, hopefully someone can help me. Im trying to change to the font color of the notification pull downs. I cant find anything on the net. I have metamorph and can hex edit and have the color code I want, I just dont know where to go. Thanks.
