Help, command lines showing on my screen at all times

This just started this past weekend, Don't know what happened but now the commands for the phone are always listed on my screen,phone still functions ok, but it is annoying trying to see through the commands,also when I use the touch screen there is a blue line that follows my finger briefly and a crosshair grid that follows my finger, there is also a banner at the top of the phone with things like P:0/1, dx-101.9 and so on, some of the commands that list are kworker/u.3 and com.motorola.care, any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

you probably have something checked under developer options. go to settings\developer options and un-check whatever is checked
