Help Buying a Droid 3

Hello guys, i hope you can help me with this one:
I want to get a Motorola Droid 3 (without plan/contract) from the Motorola Store page, but i am going to use it outside the US (Mexico in this case) and i was wondering, is the one that they sell on the Motorola Store page unlocked so i can use it on another GSM carrier outside the US? or do i need to buy it unlocked from another site?
