hell of a time adding account

so i am moving up the ladder where i work and now i got an email addy. but i can not add it. i have tried and tried. i heard its an exchange type server. i got the url and stuff and i can access it through my browser. they say its automatic for bberry but android ehh. can anyone help me with that?

You need to make sure you have the right domain and mail server. Ask your IT guy
