Haptic Feedback Issue

I talked with Motorola on Friday about the issue I am having with loosing Haptic (the touch vibration feedback) on my Razr Maxx. They say there were not aware of this issue, really? Humm, OK, its all over the forums. I sent them a few links. The suggestion for me was to update to ICS, well NO FIX. I also did a clear cache, no FIX, I then did a factory reset, did not put my custom launcher back, and NO FIX.

Does vibrate stil work for calls and texts? I think its the same mechanism.
