Google Services High Battery?

So I did a search on this topic but the thoughts and issues are all over the place for why Google Services is having a high battery usage on some phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 with the latest update. I did a factory wipe while I was updating to the latest update. My stats are as follows:

4h 7m 14s on Battery

87% Not Charging

Google Services 56%

Screen 15%

Device Idle 8%

Android OS 6%

Everything else 3% or less

Anyone have any thoughts on why this is happening?

I am sync the following in my Google Account: App Data, Calendar, Chrome, Contacts, Drive, Gmail, people details
