Goggle maps problem.

    I have the rooted 2.1 and it show's there is a update for my goggle maps but every time I try to update it say's it was unsuccessful. Any one have that problem and if so is there a fix?

    I had the same problem with grdlocks root 2.1. I also had a force close when I would do a direction lookup. The only way I could do an address lockup was do a search lookup. I changed my rooted version to this one and my problem was solved. Eris_Official_0.8.1T2. I was able to update to 4.1.1 and no more direction lookup force close. I will note that when I tried to change to this version I found out that my recovery partition did not work so I had to reinstall it. I don't know if that was my original problem. But getting the recovery partition working and the above root version fix my problems. My grdlocks version may of simply been a bad install if you want to stay with the root version you have your might try and reinstall it.
