I'm using the launcher still. Works much better than the stock launcher, the app drawer loads much more quickly.

worked! i saw launcher in the apps earlier, but was unsure if that was the one i installed or not.

Just for future reference, you can't uninstall stock apps from there, so if you had the uninstall option, it was the correct one. dancedroid
