I've had my Note 2 for about eight months since I made the switch from iPhone to Android. I love the phone but I'm now having a problem where every time I use the phone browser it highlights whatever I touch and starts speaking whatever is on the page. This is extremely annoying, I'm not sure what I did that started this but if anyone can help I'd appreciate it.
