dead note 2 Omegadroid (4.2)

my Galaxy Note 2 has started a really annoying game so that when ever i turn it on i get battered with notifications saying " unfortunately ------ has stopped. and unsurprisingly every app that it says has stopped no longer works. we are talking every thing except from games here so i have no ability to make phone calls text or access the web. i have tried deleting cache partition but this did nothing. oh by the way i am using clock work mod rom manager and recovery if that makes any difference. any ideas to sort this highly annoying and tedious problem would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

It's possible the ROM is causing it ...did you just flash this ROM ? Do you have a backup from previous or might want to wipe data and cache in recovery and try another Rom or reflash this one ..
