'Force Close' issues with Droid X

I know this has been discussed before but because of another issue I've been having since the 2.2 update, not being able to use drop down menus on web pages, I can't search.
Recently I've been having pretty frequent 'force close' pops when using apps and the browser.
Is there a fix for this?

I am having similar problems with apps and the Browser since the 2.2 update. Help Center User Guide and Guided Tours in particular force close the Browser until the phone is powered off and restarted. I am Google searching for help, but have not found any yet.
