Check out tonepicker. That's what I use. I also use handcent for led notifications. Hope this helps

Ring Extended. Really just gives access to all audio files to use for tones.

I use zedge to download what I want and ringdroid to save the playback...then delete both apps. You can assign ringtone and notification using ringdroid...then also delete zedge folder off my sd card to tidy up. This gets rid of everything but the ringtone file itself.
