Fascinate Swap?!

I've got a lot of freezing issues, missed calls, missed/repeated (multiple) text messages, and safe mode going on with my Fascinate. I've had it since February. Last week I went into Verizon to swap my phone for the Droid X, Incredible, or Charge. After asking for a Charge, I was told by the associate that they were "out of stock at the warehouse" and to keep calling the 1-800 number to see if the phones are in stock. The phones CSR told me to go to the store for the Droid Charge. I asked the phone CSR to call the store, and she came back from about a 5 min hold and told me that the store would be "out of stock on Charges for an indeterminate amount of time."

Is anyone else getting "the business" from Verizon like this???

How did you get a new Incredible 2? I was offered refurbs of all X2 and Incredible.

I got the charge today to replace the Fascinate. I ended up getting a brand new one right out of the box. So far i've had no problems with it but i'll give it a week or 2 before i give a final judgement on it.
