failed to fetch license

K so I rented a movie off the android market and tried to watch it but it's telling me failed to fetch license yet me phone is not rooted although I have tried to root it but it never worked so my phone isn't rooted and since then I've done factory resets also so idk what the problem is. Any ideas?

Droid 4 never rooted here with same issue. I went through the help to try to get it resolve last night. It let me send a message. No response yet.

Resolution:

The google play app loads another app to download/play the videos, so updating the google play video app from the google play search reolved the issue for me.
