K so I rented a movie off the android market and tried to watch it but it's telling me failed to fetch license yet me phone is not rooted although I have tried to root it but it never worked so my phone isn't rooted and since then I've done factory resets also so idk what the problem is. Any ideas?

Have you tried clearing the cache of the market and clicking on the movie again?

Go to home screen. Press options, go to settings. Select apps. Scroll down to market. Click on cache to clear it.

Didn't work
Use the fastboot files option from my Droid RAZR Utility to go back to stock unrooted. You should wipe data and cache from Motorola recovery afterwards, but you should be on completely new 6.11.748 system and nothing will ever seem like it was rooted.

I've had problems with Google movies too. No problems with blockbuster so now I just use that app
