Exchange Sub Folders

I make extensive use of sub-folders in exchange. While the issue of syncing these is a pain my problem is different. When I created the account on my droid it created the sub folders as my exchange account. Since that time when I create new sub-folders in exchange as jobs start and finish, they do not show up in my droid folders list. Does anyone know a way to "refresh" these on the droid without having to delete and recreate the account?

I am not sure what desktop software you are using but the issue for me was that if you create a new folder under inbox using Outlook 2011 in Mac Office then it doesn't sync through to the android handset. The only way to get the folders to sync through was to go into either Outlook for windows or to use the Outlook Web Access and create the folders there, in which case they would sync through. No idea why.
