Nested Contacts on Droid

I have alwasy been an avid BlackBerry user. Earlier this year, changed to the Motorola Droid and really liked it with two exceptions:

1) I have an Exchange server and in my Outlook, I have my main contact folder, with sub contact folders beneath that. The Droid only recognized my main contact folder....none of the sub contact folders.

2) I utilize Notes in Outlook extensively and I didn't see where the Droid did anything with Notes.

I have since moved back to my trusty BlackBerry BUT....if anyone has a solution for these issues, I would love to switch back to the Droid.
