Every Time I Install A New Rom I lose Some Stock Apps ???

Like FM radio and once I lost the files app.
And when I download the Apk and try to install it again it will not work.

certain ROMs come with certain apps preinstalled, so if you flash an aosp ROM then it might not have the Google apps (maps, nav, etc) or something similar. Your problem might be as simple as that, although if you're unable to install the missing apps you might want to wipe and reflash your ROM to see if that helps

Most of the time, you cannot install a blur app on an aosp rom. So if you prefer blur, or blur elements, you should make sure to find a blurry rom.
