Email (Gmail) Notification Schedule

Is there a way to not receive audible email notification while I sleep but to receive audible email notification the rest of the day? I want to be able to hear my phone all 24 hours. If I could time the email alerts to be quite between 10 and 6 would be helpful. Thanks

Try the Timeriffic app from the Market... or Quick Settings.

I would move the volume rocker down until it sets to vibrate.
