Flashing recoveries is pretty easy stuff for those of us who know our way around ADB. For others it can seem confusing. You can normally grab a recovery by downloading and installing from either Rom Manager or TWRP, but that requires you to be rooted. Here is a really simple and easy way to install either TWRP or CWM recovery to your device. Developer "DSLNexus" has put together a quick app Recovery-Tools that will help you locate and flash your favorite recovery quickly. You still need to be rooted for this to work, but its nice to have these recoveries available in the same app. Head to the source link for the download and a full list of supported devices (there are many).
