e-mail acting crazy..

my e-mail(the stock e-mail app that came with the droid) for work keeps giving me this error message:

"the application email(processcom.android.email) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again" and all i can do is force close.

i have been trying again for two hours. i power cycled, pulled the battery and checked all my settings. i am thinking it might be something at my work but i am not sure. thanks and any help is greatly appreciated.

nothing new. i did update a couple this morning.
