Why is this one a safe download? Is the other not a safe download?

Its the same file. My previous thread was removed because it was suspected to be an unstable leak belonging to p3. This thread was then posted after mine was soft deleted. Then my thread was restored once the apk was determined to be safe and did not belong to p3. So, they are the same exact apks.

I'm Not Being An A$$ Here, But You Have Two Options, Let It Sit On Your SD Card And Do Nothing Or Install The App And Get The Recovery Going To Flash Custom ROMs.

Download The Apk, Open It, Click Install, (Some Users, First Time Need To Check The "Unknown Sources") Then Open And Follow The Directions.

Ok problem. I installed app, followed instructions and installed recovery. Then I tried to boot into recovery and my x2 just rebooted. I've also had the same problem trying to flash Clockworkmod Recovery. I know I am newb, but I've looked around the website for and answer and haven't found one.

Before you ask...
Yes I am rooted
Yes I took the OTA update
Running 2.3.4
Yes I am 100% I am rooted, I have TB, Rom Manager (obviously if I've tried CWM), and various other root level apps.

Any help is appreciated

Tried. Booted just like I did nothing. Any other ideas about what I'm doing wrong?
