I'm already a Verizon customer and I ordered a Droid online and I'll be switching from my Blackberry Curve. I had a couple questions about switching over.
First off, what do I need to do to transfer my service and contacts to the Droid without going in to the store? I'd rather not have to deal with anyone.
Second, I've seen I can sync my contacts with gmail, which is great. Is there an easy way to reconcile the differences between the two, and can I specify to only sync certain contacts? I have a bunch of contacts in gmail I don't want on the phone.
Finally, I've looked around but I haven't found any articles that discuss getting started with Android after switching from Blackberry. Is there anything? Thanks in advance!
