Droid freezing two weeks old

If the Factory Data Reset doesn't solve your problems, you might have a bad file/filesystem on your sd card. Move your files off your card to your computer and reformat the card. Then move only essential files and folders back to the card. Then test and repeat till you find a bad file, or you have moved all the files back.
