I have noticed that the call timer starts running as soon as you dial a number and not AFTER the other party picks up.

I have noticed that the call timer starts running as soon as you dial a number and not AFTER the other party picks up.

Yes, all VZW phones do this. In fact, a bit of info on this.... Say you dial a number, and it rings for 10 seconds. 1 minute gets taken off your monthly plan (less of course you're callin someone in your friends and family bucket or another VZW phone then it's free minutes)

VZW, and other companies always round up even if you were on a call for 1 minute and 2 seconds. It's rounded up to 2minutes.
