Not sure where this belogs but it's related to smart apps and Norton antivirus. My lg smart tv and Verizon fios service both have smart spps. They work fine with my phone when my pc is off. They don't work at all when my pc is on and I'm certain it must be a Norton antivirus setting. Anyone know where this setting might be?
