Droid 2: GPS,3G not available and only charges after dying completely

For almost a month now my Droid 2 refuses to charge, unless I let the phone die completely. Once it dies completely and I try to charge it, the red Motorola icon wil just start flashing fooorevver until it finally displays the empty battery icon. Additionally, the 3G and GPS
functionality is disabled (and yes, I've checked,checked, and re-checked data settings already). All these things started working again
about a week ago, and stayed working for three days. Randomly they just all stopped working again. I'm so frustrated with it, b/c until
this, I have thoroughly enjoyed ownership of the Droid2.

Any helpful thoughts, ideas, or suggestions are appreciated.

Have you tried doing a Factory Data reset?

MIUI tested, mother approved.
