Dear Rescue Squad,
When I was getting into the car this morning, I dropped my droid about 5 ft above an asphalt ground.. and after that my phone's screen wouldn't turn on at all. It appears to be just a display problem because I can tell that my phone is on - I can still hear the sound when I trigger the volume rocker and I see the green LED notification lights.
what can I do to fix my phone? My phone is out of warranty..but if I do send it into Motorola, would they be able to fix it without charging me ridiculous amounts of repair fee? Also, I have rooted my phone and it's running Sapphire rom - would that be a problem?
